It's based on the theory that your body is always working, burning calories digesting those veggies and such, that it doesn't have time to store fat. It all depends on your diet now, and what you're willing to do to lose weight. How does someone lose weight out of no where? Total calorie counts range between and calories depending upon the meal. There's no reason that you can't lose weight on the frozen dinners -- just make sure you don't consume more than calories per day, watch the sodium, drink 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day, and exercise. You get used to sugar. Try taking some time out to make yourself some healthy meals home cooking is the best thing for weight loss!
