I made this last night and it was really good! I missed lunch so actually had 3 helpings and it was still only 1 SP!!! Does the chicken need to be cooked before you add it to the skillet? Love this recipe but I use multiple veggies to carrots and peas- corn and green beans. I also have to have real rice. I also added 1 teaspoon of the sesame oil and I think the flavor is worth it. Love your ideas of using rotisserie chicken in meals calling for chicken. Not everyone is ready to embrace the cauliflower rice.
I had grilled chicken breast already cooked, so just cut them up and added teriyaki sauce to marinade. I also increased the teriyaki sauce on rice cauliflower.
